Change Management: Proven experience in managing organizational change, culture transformation, and digital HR initiatives.
Skills: Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication, with clarity in presenting information.
Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, fostering collaboration with senior management and teams.
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Experience in managing trade unions and labor relations.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Ability to track key projects, assess performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
Process Development: Skilled in developing effective processes for performance management, discipline, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with strategic objectives and vision.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, incorporating best practices in talent management.
Oversee digital transformation in HR, enhancing operational efficiency with advanced HR technology.
