Role's Purpose:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General HR Officer to join our team in the DRC. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This position requires a proactive individual who can adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to the company's growth and success.Experience & Qualification Criteria:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.Knowledge of DRC labor laws and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a multicultural environment.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of the local languages is an asset.Strong on Payroll and highly proficient analytical and PC skillsPrimary Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including maintaining accurate employee records.Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.Full Payroll function: Including all in depth reportingHow to Apply:If you meet the above requirements, please send your resume DIRECTLYSalary: R Job Reference #: 1147373
