General Engineering Superintendent

Overview
A great mining company in Kathu, Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a General Engineering Superintendent to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities

Process, Equipment knowledge and Maintenance theory related to:

Crushing
Screening
Conveying
Stacking and reclaiming
Gravity separation (jigging)
De-slimes and de-grid cyclones
Water recovery (thickeners)
Tailing disposal
Sampling
Dust suppression and extraction
Power reticulation

Process flow of the production processes including:

Crushing
Conveyor & ROM stacking
On-grade wash and screening
Off-grade wash and screening
Beneficiation
High pressure roller crusher
Product conveying & stacking
Process water & slimes handling
Product reclaiming and loading

Automated process control philosophy, asset management and strategy, EAMS business processes, condition monitoring, relevant original equipment manufacturer training, process control and optimization.
Root cause analysis, report writing, problem solving and trend analysis.
Ability to identify equipment faults.
Requirements

Grade 12
Electrical / Mechanical Trade Test Certificate
N4 Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Planned Maintenance Management Certificate
Supervisory Certificate
8 – 10 years' experience in plant / fleet environment
Minimum 3 years' at Supervisory level
