RPO Recruitment's client in the mining industry is seeking the expertise of a General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their team in Evander, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities: Power failure analysis and strategies Electrical Energy saving projects Fault finding Outside section – Fridge Plants, Compressors, Maturation plants, Fans and general electrical and mechanical reticulations and pipe networking Underground machinery electrical and mechanical Update of electrical drawings Compliance to electrical standards Managing electrical distribution systems Budgeting and Safety compliance Capital Projects Managing a multi diverse team (foremen, electricians, boilermakers, fitters, plumbers etc) Engaging with management, administrating and presenting business plans and strategies Requirements: Grade 12 Electrical Trade Test Certificate GES (General Engineering Superintendent) Certificate Have at least 10 years' experience in supervisor position (Electrical/Mechanical Foreman) 5 Years' experience on Winders, Industrial Compressors and Fridge plants Benefits: Salary: R1.1Mil/yr - R1.5Mil/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
