General Engineering Superintendent (GES)
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their mining team located in the Northern Cape. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the engineering operations and ensuring the efficient functionality of all equipment and infrastructure within the mining environment.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all engineering functions related to the mining operation.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate risk management initiatives.
Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals, guiding them in operational excellence.
Collaborate with management and other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

Grade 12 Mechanical Engineering Qualification.
Trade Test Certificate (Mechanically inclined).
Crushing and Screening Plant Maintenance and Production experience.
10 years' experience in the mining industry.
5 years' supervisory experience.
Valid Drivers' License.
