As a General Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all engineering activities within the mining operationImplement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencyMonitor compliance with safety regulations and implement risk mitigation measuresAnalyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsManage a team of engineering professionals and provide guidance and supportRequirements:Grade 12Degree/National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrical)5 years' experience in the mining industry, whereas 3 years' must be in a Foreman positionExtensive Coal experienceExtensive DMS Plant, and Mobile Machinery experienceBenefits:Salary: NegotiablePaid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
