General Engineering Superintendent (Ges) - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled General Engineering Superintendent (GES) to join their mining team in Gauteng.
As a General Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all engineering activities within the mining operation.
Implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement risk mitigation measures.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage a team of engineering professionals and provide guidance and support.
Requirements: Grade 12.
Degree/National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical).
Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrical).
5 years' experience in the mining industry, with 3 years in a Foreman position.
Extensive Coal experience.
Extensive DMS Plant and Mobile Machinery experience.
