Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks. Education: No specific educational requirements are necessary, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in cleaning or janitorial services. Experience working in a retail or commercial environment. Working Conditions: The role involves working in a retail or wholesale setting, requiring standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Cleaning tasks may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals. The ability to work flexible hours and weekends may be required.
