Qualifications: Grade 12 2-Weeks experience in relevant field
Key Performance Areas: The records management team instrumental in classifying, sorting, and arranging records to meet these compliance requirements. Assist in ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date, pertaining to Records and Archives. Assist in ensuring that Records and Archives performance indicators are identified and specific measures are established to enable and guide the section to plan, manage and or prioritise outcomes accordingly. Assist in ensuring that risks and opportunities associated with the Records and Archives environment are adequately addressed through policies and procedures supporting general code of conduct and best practices. Assist in ensuring that effective work delivery by the Records and Archives section. Assist in ensuring positive interaction between incumbent and all stakeholders, pertaining to Records and Archives.
