Gcc Engineer (Factories)

Requirements: Qualified Mechanical Engineer (Diploma/Degree) Must have GCC Factories Risk management Project management experience FMCG or Packaging experience essential Responsible for the performance and maintenance of the air conditioning system, electrical and water reticulation, compressors, fire detection systems-autoclaves and packing equipment and making the necessary reports Annual budgeting activities Ensure sufficient supply of spare parts whilst maintaining low stock levels Analyse machine utilization and suggest improvement measures using the SPC method Maintain effective and efficient administration system Identify risk and implement corrective measures Assist with developing world-class performance concepts, through continuous improvement and the SPC system Liaise with outside authorities on issues affecting the department (municipality, suppliers, consultants, and government departments) Ensure that buildings and facilities are timeously maintained Ensure compliance with OHS Act measures to limit accidents and incidents Ensure that the apprentice training is managed according to the apprentice training program and facilitate training activities Facilitate technical training for artisans, mechanics and employees
