Gas Station Supervisor

Job Description
• Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff (merchandisers/kitchen staff/forecourt).
• Prepare work schedules for staff.
• Control inventory and order as per requirements.
• GRV & system maintenance.
• Conduct stock takes.
• Compile stock movement reports.
• Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per management requirements.
• Train new and existing staff.
• Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.
• Set up franchise promotions/in-store promotions.
• Supervise and place daily orders.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene in store/kitchen.
• Create product displays and store attractions.
• Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production or work-related accidents.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least (1) year working experience in the related field.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R9000,00 - R10000,00 per month.
Ability to commute/relocate:

Kingsburgh, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
