Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and development of the hotel's gardens, ensuring they meet the highest standards of beauty and health.
Plan and implement seasonal planting schemes, garden renovations, and landscape design projects.
Manage a team of gardeners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective garden operations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the gardens complement the overall guest experience and hotel aesthetics.
Monitor plant health, pests, and irrigation systems, and address any issues promptly.
Maintain garden tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.

Qualifications:
