Your tasks will include equipping staff with the necessary tools and collaborating with facilities and horticulturalists.
A "lead by example" attitude is essential!
Minimum Requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
