Requirements An agricultural or horticultural qualification would be beneficial. At lease two years' practical experience. Ability to work in a team whilst maintaining high standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Must be an organised individual. Must have a fondness for indigenous plants and respect for nature.
Responsibilities: Cleaning stone paths, beds, dams and channels. Weed control: distinguish between plants, seedlings and weeds. General maintenance of the garden, including planting, feeding and insect control. Interaction with guests: acquire and share knowledge generously with guests.
