Our client a registered financial service provider, providing you and your family with innovative and cost-effective insurance solutions since 2009 is currently hiring a Gap Business Consultant.
This position is to start 1 February 2025 however shortlisting and interviews have commenced.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gap Business Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing marketing advice, guidance, and support to our distribution channels, as well as growing Gap sales in their region of responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Provide marketing advice, guidance, and support to distribution channelsDevelop and implement marketing strategies with Financial Advisors to grow Gap salesPromote Gap Cover and technology services through marketing presentations and trainingOpen new Financial Advisers Gap contractsResearch competitor products and present Liberty Gap Cover product offeringsDevelop strong relationships with the sales force and management to create awareness of products on offerDeliverables:Develop a business development plan with Financial Advisors to grow Gap salesEnsure Financial Advisors and sales leaders are proficient in Gap CoverTrack production and show percentage/actual increase in productionMeet or exceed sales targetsRequirements:Proven experience in a similar roleStrong marketing and sales skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentPlease advise your salary expectation when applying for the position.
