Our team members have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with colleagues around the world.What You Will Accomplish Here:The Data Entry Operator will effectively support the QA team by focusing on the following:Maintains knowledge of GLI products/services, database procedures, and certification letter foldersUpdates jurisdictional information in the database against certifications in an accurate and efficient mannerCreates projects in the Submissions Database from requests received from a variety of sources, such as emails, FTP downloads, etc.Operates peripheral equipment and runs verification programs to obtain a diverse collection of software signaturesProcesses draft and secondary portal reports, closing out files for withdrawalResearches daily database queries, correcting any errors or discrepanciesAssists in troubleshooting database related issues by utilizing various GLI resourcesMaintains a daily log of submittal/non-submittal mail receivedArchives and retrieves media and hardware, as requestedAnswers internal database related questions, as neededPerforms other duties as assignedEducation, Experience and Skills:National Senior Certificate is requiredA minimum of 1-2 years of related experience requiredProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel requiredMust have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the teamMust have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlinesMust demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctnessLocation: On-site in our Midrand officeSchedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.Benefits:Medical Aid contributionProvident Fund contribution20 Days Paid Time Off (per year)Annual Discretionary BonusAnniversary Reward BonusEducational Assistance ProgramAdditional Mental Health Benefits through our Employee Assistance ProgramCLICK HERE TO APPLY
