Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about delivering
exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking talented
individuals to join our team as GAMEMASTERS in Salt Rock, at our new
Escape Room!
Salary rate: R62 p/hour.
Closing date: 21 Nov 2024

Main Duties include:
• Host and facilitate escape room experiences for groups.
• Set the atmosphere by being a friendly welcoming Gamemaster.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety, explain the rules and answer
questions. Watch the game, give clues and guide them through the game.
• Maintain game rooms, equipment, and puzzles. Reset the rooms quickly for
the next group.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Criteria:
• Matric with Mathematics and English
• Very intelligent and able to solve tricky puzzles.
• Outgoing, charismatic, and enthusiastic. This is not suited for a shy individual.
• Fun, lively, and energetic work environment.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work shifts and until late (22h00)
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• 4 days of work with 2 days off
• MUST have own transport to arrive at work at various hours.
