Game Lodges Maintenance Manager, Hoedspruit (Cd24107)

Required for high-volume 4 and 5-Star Big5 Game Lodges
Minimum Requirements

Tertiary qualification in related field
10 years' experience in the same position in 4 or 5-Star Hotels/Lodges
Ability to manage and communicate efficiently with diverse team
SOP establishment and implementation
A passion for staff training and upskilling
An understanding of guest service and maintenance scheduling around lodge operations
Computer literate with high level of Excel proficiency
Experience in all aspects of maintenance (building, plumbing, carpentry, metal work, mechanical, water reticulation and solar)
Ability to problem solve and implement preventative maintenance checks and procedures
Good stock and stores control and maintenance to facilitate remote environment repairs
BEE candidates will take preference
Valid RSA ID and Drivers License (PDP highly beneficial)
