Minimum Requirements:

Min 5 yrs Exec Chef experience in 4 or 5-Star Hospitality establishments
Tertiary culinary qualification essential
Experience with multiple-outlet operations beneficial
Understand challenges and be able to problem solve in semi-remote area
Stable track record with contactable references
Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Ability to reduce stock losses through innovation and good stock control
Valid RSA ID and Drivers License with own vehicle
