Full timeThe RoleWe are seeking an energetic and driven Fundraising Manager to join our team.In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind PAFC's fundraising strategy with responsibility for identifying fundraising opportunities, building and executing campaigns, crafting compelling and successful grant applications, managing donor communications and overseeing the execution of fundraising initiatives to enhance the club's community programs and strategic capital projects.Key Responsibilities:Fundraising Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support revenue targets associated with the club's community programs and strategic capital projects.
Identify new fundraising opportunities and revenue streams, including individual giving, philanthropy, community fundraising, and grants.Donor Relationship Management: Provide high-quality stewardship and communication to ensure donor satisfaction and retention.
Identify and engage prospective donors, developing tailored approaches to secure major gifts and long-term commitments.Grant Writing: Research, identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, family offices, corporations, government agencies, and other funding sources.
