Fund Manager: Strategic Funds

Minimum Education and Experience: Honours Degree or Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Accounting / Agriculture / Financial Management/ Credit or Investment Management/ Engineering7 years Project ManagementPost qualification experience which will typically include the following:Business development and management of client and stakeholder relationships preferably in a financial and customer facing environmentPartnership development, structuring and knowledge of analysing a set of financial statements and do an assessment of financial/credit risks and operational risksKnowledge of credit principles and practices and relevant legislationReview of legal agreements to support the fund establishment and fund management operationsKnowledge of industry and business cyclesKnowledge of standard banking compliance requirementsFund management experienceDevelomental Finance and PPP (public private partnerships) experienceFinancing of small , medium sized entities & cooperatives and large sized entities to support development impact projects and/or transformation.Critical Competencies:Microsoft OfficeKnowledge / Experience of financial and business analytical principles, tools and systemsKnowledge of business environmentCredit Risk PrinciplesEconomic PrinciplesFinancial and Business AcumenCustomer Service PrinciplesFinancial ModellingProject and People ManagementStructuring of fund partnershipsPlease note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
