A leading private equity firm based in Sandton, Johannesburg is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to join their finance team and optimize the finance function for their private equity funds under management.This role involves comprehensive financial management and administration of private equity partnerships, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. The Fund Finance Manager will collaborate closely with the broader finance team, overseeing various finance and administration functions to support the growth and success of the private equity funds.The role includes leadership responsibilities such as managing investor tax reporting, overseeing external fund administrators, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
