We are seeking a Fund Development Manager for a National NPO for a permanent role based in Cape Town, Western Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant Degree / Diploma and 5+ years related proven experience3+ years managing a small team and experience in conducting media interviews / public speakingValid license and own vehicle with willingness to travelCandidate must reside in Cape TownThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop a strategy and ensure proper execution thereofPrepare and update plan annuallyFundraising / proposal writing / donor prospectingRelationship management / media interviews / relationsConceptualize / develop / initiate new initiatives / campaigns / events etcMonthly marketing / PR / comms plan and growing of social media platformsEnsure manuals are updated as well as marketing / communication toolsCompile monthly newsletter and annual reportCreate national awareness and exposurePrepare media releases and host visitors / potential donorsManage brand ambassadors and volunteer programme Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to ******
