What you'll do: Review quarterly and annual financial statement packages including investor reporting.Manage internal and external audit requests.Coordinate delivery of investment documentation to fund administrator and depositary.Respond to investor audit confirmations and ad hoc queries.Assist with managing cash expenditures and maintain fund budgets with service providers and internal approvals.Work closely with senior team members on accounting and operational issues.What you bring: Professional accountancy qualification CA (SA) / ACCA or equivalent.4-6 years of combined Big 4 and private or relevant work experience in fund accounting and private equity.Understanding of valuation, consolidation, partner allocations, distribution waterfalls, IRRs, investor multiples.Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage upwards.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.What sets this company apart: This company is a globally recognised private markets manager with a diverse portfolio across private equity, secondaries, credit and infrastructure.
