RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement ADP's solution to non-complex clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectationsEnsure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelinessWork under direct supervision to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidanceEngage with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running ADP solutionsInteract/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they ariseQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:0 to 2 years of experience working in a client service environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent in education and experience
