Functional Business Planning and Delivery Manager
Job Description To provide expertise, advice and support to Functional Executives in articulating and coordinating the delivery of the business and risk strategy, project management and financial business plans of various strategic activities and supporting the delivery of key objectives.
Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs. Support executives with financial and strategic planning activities and execute relevant reports, presentations, speeches and other written material. Perform research and analyses to provide key strategic business insights for input into business decisions. Manage relevant strategic implementations against project plans to ensure delivery targets are met and provide operational and technical support to management of function. Facilitate strategic engagements to critically analyse and enhance proposed operational risk and business strategies and implementation plans to deliver on business objectives. Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG. Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes. Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation. Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances.
