Job Description CIB Functional Business Planning and Delivery Manager – COO office, Global Markets (dedicated to the BRM (Business Resource Management desk).
To provide expertise, advice and support to Functional Executives in articulating and coordinating the delivery of the business strategy through business problem analysis, problem investigations, project management and financial business plans of various strategic activities and supporting the delivery of key objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Business Solutions: Analyze business needs and develop solutions to support the BRM Desk's objectives. Manage project implementations to ensure timely and successful delivery. Drive and support the development and launch of new products. Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including process improvements, risk management, and compliance. Ensure efficient and effective use of technology and resources. Monitor and improve operational performance. Strategic Alignment: Align with the overall business strategy of the BRM Desk and Global Markets. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Identify and mitigate operational risks. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with all levels of management. Collaborate with other teams across the organization. Project Management: Manage projects within budget and on schedule. Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices. Track progress and report on project status. Personal Development: Continuously develop skills and knowledge. Seek feedback and identify areas for improvement. This role requires a highly organized and analytical individual with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the financial markets and the associated internal support environment to effectively deliver on the business needs.
