Functional Analyst

Our client is seeking an intermediate Functional Analyst to join their team.Experience required:4+ years' experience working in a Quality Assurance environmentExposure within a Payroll/HR environment would be advantageousProduct-specific knowledge about the related position and/or legislation would be advantageousUnderstanding of agile methodologiesCore Metrics:Execute test casesReview test plans and test cases created by other QA EngineersAssist support team with system queriesAssist Technical team with analysis and problem solvingImprove product quality by making recommendations for changeIdentify, log, document and track bugs identified through the QA processQualifications:A Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relatedISTQB Foundation Certificate (Agile preferred)Exposure within a Payroll/HR environment would be advantageousExperience in test case management tools
