Brief Role DescriptionConduct Dimensional analysis of Quality related concerns to determine root cause using dimensional measurement tools within the scope of QA Metrology.
Dimensional Measurement and analysis with use of optical/virtual technology.
Assess and identify dimensional discrepancies in part condition according to drawing / CAD and provide timeous analysis results to support production activities.Possible Tasks within this RoleConduct Dimensional analysis of Quality related concerns to determine root cause using dimensional measurement tools within the scope of QA Metrology.Assess and identify dimensional discrepancies in part condition according to drawing / CAD and provide timeous analysis results to support production activities.Drive product improvement activities in cooperation with Part Engineers and Project Purchasing.Project Management and Planning of vehicle project/new equipment related activitiesQualification requirementsMechanical/Mechatronic Engineering Degree or DiplomaExperience needed 3 years proven Root cause analysis / Technical problem-solving capability2 years' experience with CAD softwareEssentialsSound understanding of the vehicle manufacturing process (Press Shop, Body Shop, Assembly, Purchase parts manufacturing).Proven Cross-functional problem-solving ability.Advanced Microsoft computer literacy – eg.
