Full Vehicle Analysis Technician

Brief Role Description Conduct Dimensional analysis of Quality related concerns to determine root cause using dimensional measurement tools within the scope of QA Metrology. Dimensional Measurement and analysis with use of optical/virtual technology. Assess and identify dimensional discrepancies in part condition according to drawing / CAD and provide timeous analysis results to support production activities. Possible Tasks within this Role Conduct Dimensional analysis of Quality related concerns to determine root cause using dimensional measurement tools within the scope of QA Metrology. Drive product improvement activities in cooperation with Part Engineers and Project Purchasing. Project Management and Planning of vehicle project/new equipment related activities Qualification requirements Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering Degree or Diploma Experience needed 3 years proven Root cause analysis / Technical problem-solving capability 2 years' experience with CAD software Essentials Sound understanding of the vehicle manufacturing process (Press Shop, Body Shop, Assembly, Purchase parts manufacturing). Proven Cross-functional problem-solving ability. Advanced Microsoft computer literacy – eg. Excel, Power BI. Good Presentation skills. Self-starter, and able to work autonomously Added Advantage Virtual reality software experience. Project Management Experience. Sound understanding of 3D dimensional measurement.
