Job Description:
As a Full Status Estate Agent and Branch Manager at Coleman Properties, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our new branch. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of sectional title complexes while driving sales and growth for the branch. The position includes a fixed salary component with a high commission split to reward your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Management:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the new branch.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of estate agents.
Property Management:
Oversee the management of 10 sectional title complexes.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
Handle complex-related issues and liaise with property owners and tenants.
Sales and Marketing:
Generate new listings and manage property sales from start to finish.
Conduct property viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and tenants.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
Qualification: Must be a Full Status Estate Agent with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, sectional title, and property management.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using property management and real estate software.
Comfortable with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
