Responsibilities Challenges: Work on a technically complex product with a wide range of features, used by millions of websites and customers.Mentor and empower developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.Be a versatile, fast learner by engaging with various areas and products developed by other teams.Lead the development of features with a focus on high-quality code, optimal performance, and scalability.Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams to deliver exceptional UX/UI solutions aligned with business goals.Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Drive the technical design and architecture of new features, ensuring they meet high performance, scalability, and availability standards.Provide technical oversight and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team.Pioneer innovative solutions from both a technological and business perspective.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, identifying and mitigating potential issues early in the development process.Collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.Promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD and automated testing strategies. Requirements Requirements: 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Must.3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role - Must.4+ years of proven experience working with web applications using React and JavaScript - Must.3+ years of experience in PHP - Must.Experience with unit and end-to-end (E2E) testing - Must.Experience with CSS and SCSS.Deep understanding of the web application development lifecycle and industry best practices.Experience with cross-browser compatibility.Strong English language communication skills, both verbal and written.An advantage: Experience with WordPress and Elementor.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows.Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.Experience with NodeJS.Experience with Microservices architecture.Prior experience in a tech lead or team lead role within a fast-paced environment.
