The potential candidate needs to be proficient in full stack development, particularly within the .NET framework, and needs to be able to confidently lead and coordinate the team in order for targets to be met timeously.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Lead design, development, and maintenance within the .NET framework, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that ensures effective and punctual project delivery.Actively participate in coding and provide technical expertise to the team; ensuring quality, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate with team members to review code, assess technical feasibility, and give direction on the most effective way forward.Take ownership of software releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define release schedules, while ensuring that these align with the businesses objectives and quality standards.Recognise business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for improved software solutions.Address business challenges through thorough evaluation, and improving models through innovative problem solving.Possess a sound technical background in full-stack development, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.Recognize the value of data within the organization and collaborate with data professionals in order to control it effectively; as well as ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.Maintain clear and organized documentation of technical specifications, code, and development processes, while successfully communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide regular and meticulous updates on project progress and milestones.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in full-stack development within the .NET framework.Previous leadership or management experience in a development team.Proficient coding skills and a solid understanding of software architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a development team.Project management or Agile certification is a plus.A minimum of 5 years' experience in development.A minimum of 3 years leading a team and management experience.Package & RemunerationR 850 000 - R 1 000 000 - Annually
