Where will the successful candidate fit in? Our Outbound Telesales Sales Agents fit within the heart of our Consumer Division. The primary responsibilities of this position are cold calling, cultivating leads, pipeline management, generating sales leads, and monitoring chat platforms.
Key ObjectivesInbound and outbound calls to achieve monthly sales targetsDeveloping creative techniques to generate sales leadsContact new customers to explain how their connectivity needs could be met by our products and servicesAnswer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit termsEmphasise product features based on customer requirements to assist in closing the dealMonitor chat platformsAny other reasonable taskRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred2 years' proven telesales experience (IT related environment advantageous)Strong ability to identify sales opportunitiesCustomer service orientatedTarget and sales drivenGreat communication skills, both verbal and writtenWe offer:
