My client is seeking an FTTH Administrator to assist and share the user manual and help escalate the issues to the correct team.
As well as onboarding and updating of new Field Sales Partners in the region.
This is a 12-month contract. Target vs Actual Sales: Monthly Target vs Actual performance on connections.Extract the Parked orders weekly from Qlik sense and share with the Field sales partners.Escalate all issues same day to the relevant teams and track for feedback.Assist and share the user manual and help escalate the issues to the correct team.Excel template highlighting the SR's worked on and logged, insights on escalations, and parked orders as well as performance trends.Excel template to be updated and populated weekly for the current FY against target.Onboarding and update of new field sales Partners in the region.Qlik sense extract on Created, Approved, Connected and Parked to be shared with Field sales Partner.Excel Template to be shared weekly.Compulsory Weekly meetings with self-build and Bitstream teams with regards to service delivery. Key Performance Areas: Support to Field Sales: Field Sales Partners to achieve approved order targets by driving the created orders to be approved.Field Sales Partners to achieve connections targets by driving their Approved orders to Connections.Assisting Field Sales Partners with their Parked Orders for minimal clawback penalties. Support to Retail: Retail Order escalation support.IRSP assistance. Reporting, Training and Onboarding: Weekly and Monthly reports for management.Weekly Tracking of Retails stores Approved orders.On boarding of New Field Sales Partners.Weekly performance reports to be shared with Field sales Partners. Escalations: Escalations tracking and insights.Service Delivery engagement.
