The above position is vacant at the Durban, Gillet's Branch, reporting to the Regional HR Manager.The overall purpose of this position is to assist to ensure an effective and efficient Human Resource function to the region.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12HR certificate/diploma/degreeCompetence in HRIS programsMust be multilingualAt least 2 years, preferably in an administrator environmentMust be highly organised, energetic and capable of working independentlyHRIS knowledgeValid drivers licenseKey areas of responsibility will include:RecruitmentCapturing information on HRIS programsAssisting with Injury on Duty (IOD)Do AdvertisementsFacilitate assessments.General filingHandling and resolving employee queries.Maintaining employee filesHandling of ad hoc queries from managementAssist with Provident and UIF claims.Assist with Funeral fund claims.HR project coordinationOther as directed by the business.Core Competencies:Numeric skillsAssertivenessAttention to detailsGood verbal and language abilitiesHonestyReliabilityWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
