A vacancy exists for a Security Manager. The position will report to the Branch Manager.
Minimum Requirements: Matric certificatePSIRA Grade A5 years' experience in the security industryComputer literacy on Microsoft ProgramsFirearm competence for business purposesOwn reliable transport and valid Driver's LicenceNo criminal recordApplicants must reside in DurbanKey Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive): Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the ClientGeneral management and supervision of security staff and ensuring that all their queries are dealt with promptlyEnsuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the ClientMaintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services renderedConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of servicesDealing with all required administration mattersLiaising daily with Branch management on various operational issuesSubmitting relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by ManagementWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
