Fss - Access Control Manager - Durban South

Access Control Manager – Toyota- Prospecton The position will report to the Site manager. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client's needs are efficiently and professionally always met.
Key Performance Areas: Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client regarding security services renderedConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of servicesEnsuring continuous assessment of the Client's premises and minimizing as far as possible risky access and creating several barriers to would-be criminalsAuditing and verifying the access registers daily and generating exception reportsEnsuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the ClientGeneral management and supervision of security staff and ensuring that all their queries are dealt with promptlyKeeping and submitting Monthly access control statistics to the Site ManagerSubmitting relevant monthly reports to the Client and ManagementSkills required: Must have a Grade A PSIRA certificationFluent in English and IsiZuluMatric or equivalentSound computer literacy - MS Word, ExcelMust have knowledge and experience of the Toyota access control system – criticalAble to manage a team of 3 x permit hut officersAble to communicate with Toyota staff members on all levels from CEO to shop floor employeesEnergetic person who can work under pressure - have a calm demeanourBe available for overtime when requiredInterested candidates whose credentials best match the requirements can send their CVs before 31 October 2024 @ 10H00 to John Van Wyk: ******
