Fs4P Senior Manager

The purpose of this role is to assist with the management of FS4P.
 This refers to both strategic and operational management.
In addition, meeting the targets as defined by the FS4P board involves the meeting of income and adviser numbers This involves working with staff and independent advisers; liaising with external service providers; product providers and the Shareholder.
Recruiting and vesting professionally focused advisers, on a national basis, is key to the success of FS4P.
This involves travelling within South Africa.
There will be specific areas of focus; yet the national focus remains pre-eminent.
The manager is responsible for assisting with managing risks, staff, advisers, implementation compliance changes and processes.
Relationship building on various levels with numerous stakeholders and providers, internally and externally is key to the success of this role.
