Our client in the fruit export industry is looking for a professional grower accountant to join their dynamic team in Northern Suburbs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Weekly report in preparations of Grower PaymentsLoading of Grower payments on bank systemsSending of payment remittances to growersGrower payments adjustments update in accounting systemBank reconciliations for ZAR & foreign currency accountsProcessing of sales invoicingWeekly customer statementsProcessing of credit notesReceiving of Customer remittances & apply transactionsCash-flow management in ZAR & foreign currenciesManagement of foreign currenciesMonthly updating of standard costsInvoicing of costs back to producersManagement of Balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard costProcessing of commercial invoices & paymentsMonthly report on commercial creditorsVarious reportingMinimum Requirements: BCompt. Degree3-5 Years accounting experienceArticles at registered auditing firmComputer skills and extensive experience in ExcelExperience in data systems on accounting sideRelevant accounting experience & understanding of the fruit industry would strengthen applicationCost accounting & standard cost principles essentialForex handling and options.Please send your CV to ******
