Provide prompt and personalized responses, handling escalations with empathy and efficiency to ensure swift resolutions and customer satisfaction.
Follow established escalation protocols, working closely with the Support Team Manager to resolve complex issues.
Build stronger relationships with clients by proactively engaging with them and gathering feedback.
Offer additional support during the absence of Customer Success Managers.
Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant is required.
Strong background in customer service is essential.
Subject matter expertise in customer/client support.
Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as LiveChat, Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, or Freshdesk (preferred).
