REQUIREMENTSMatric, well groomed with excellent communication skills in English & AfrikaansMinimum 2 years experience in customer service or front of houseProfessional attitude and confidentGood problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated Team PlayerPositive can-do attitudeConfidentiality with customersComputer literate DUTIESMaintain neat and orderly front desk and reception room.Ensure customers receive courteous and prompt service at all timesCoordinate scheduling of appointments and confirm all appointments, follow up visits and waiting-listed customersEnsure customers are booked in correctly to maintain efficient patient flow for the scheduleAssist customers with selection of frames and other accessoriesPrepare and explain quotations, prescriptions & payment procedures to patientsForward and follow up on orders sent to the laboratory & any overdue jobsNotify customers when goods are ready for collectionWeekly maintenance of files, checking progress & follow up with customersClosing and opening of the officePrompt and Accurate invoicingMaintain up to date knowledge of Medical Aid procedures, process claims accuratelyReceive payments and release goods in accordance with company policyProcess petty cashEnsure outstanding accounts are followed up relevantly.General administration dutiesMaintain patient files and records accurately, timeously, and up to dateEnsure all costing tariffs and prices are up to dateMaintain stock, stationery, and other sundry items, as and when requiredTyping reports.Stock taking Salary dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
