As our new Front Office Manager, you will lead by example and drive your team through all the developments which Park Hotel will experience in the near future.
You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Front Office-team, which consists of the Service Desk, Guest Service Managers, Night Managers and Porters.
You are part of the Management Team and work closely with the other members of the Management Team, where determining strategies and setting up processes are key focus.
Your Responsibilities You are a people manager and a natural leader who listens to your employees and hotel guests to make sure they feel comfortable in the hotel.You have a clear overview of the daily events in the hotel.Act as the second to the Hotel Manager when absent.Ensure departmental- and hotel goals and budget are met.Optimise up- and cross-selling.Optimise teamwork with the other departments and Management Team.Oversee the quality, consistency, presentation and service.Ensure all statutory and H&S requirements are met. We are looking for a strong and hands-on individual who loves to coach and build a team.
The main focus lies on keeping the quality of the service high, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests' needs and expectations.
Business and people management are equally important elements.
You have an upbeat personality while interacting with our guests and team members.You have a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service and quality.Bachelor degree preferable in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.2-4 years' experience in management is a must; experience in Front Office is a nice to have.You are fluent in both Dutch and English.Excellent guest service skills and a passion to deliver a first class service!
