Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee all front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Manage and train the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service. Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping to optimize occupancy. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Foster a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members. Qualifications Must have a valid South African ID. (No work permits) Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office or hospitality management role. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively. Fluency in English.
