As the Front Office Manager / Lead, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and employees.Managing Front Office Operations:Managing day-to-day front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments. Ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.Supervising and guiding front office assistant lead and staff, including receptionists and concierge.Experience:Grade 121-2 years relevant front of house or related experienceApex experience would be beneficialCustomer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Administration: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources.Time Management: Managing one's own time effectively.Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.Working Conditions:Possible night shifts, weekend, Sunday, and public holiday shifts.
