Front Office Duty Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Duty Manager to oversee all Front Office operations at our clients prestigious 5-star hotel.
This role involves supervising front desk personnel, ensuring the smooth completion of all front office duties, and coordinating activities across reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and direct front office staff, including front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
Ensure proper completion of all front office duties and training of staff.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor and enhance customer service and sales strategies to increase corporate business.
Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism in all interactions.
Skills & Requirements: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Front Office Supervisory role in 4-5-star establishments.
Grade 12 and computer literate.
Proficient in Opera System.
Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and oral).
Resilient, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet.
Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
Strong administration skills.
