Front Office Attendant

Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional 5-star service to all guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience from arrival to departure.Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.Handle bookings, reservations, and guest communications efficiently.Assist with administrative duties as needed.Resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum Experience: 1 year in a front desk position or practical training as part of a hospitality/tourism-related qualification.Education: Tertiary education level, preferably hospitality related.Skills:Strong linguistic and interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Competent in multitasking and problem-solving.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and any property management system.Well-groomed and agile, able to present a professional image at all times.How to Apply:Please send your CV to Info
