Front Of House Restaurant Manager - Stellenbosch

Very busy Restaurant in Stellenbosch is looking for a senior front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 6+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered.Must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation.Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & system controls is essential.Duties will include:Staff managementStock controlOpening & closing proceduresLooking for someone that can lead a team and who can work under pressure.
