Front Of House / Reservations / Spa Therapist - Esteemed Safari Lodge - Madikwe

Our client is looking for a versatile Front of House / Reservations professional with a solid background in hospitality and spa therapy. This role combines reservations and guest services responsibilities with spa treatments and requires a candidate who can manage diverse aspects of the lodge's operations.This role involves ensuring seamless reservation processes, performing spa treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. The selected individual will also oversee lodge operations in the absence of the lodge managers, including housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in FOH/Reservations/Spa TherapyQualified somatologist (ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC)Proficiency in spa treatments, including massage, facials, body wraps, and moreStrong English communication skills; professional and presentable demeanorOrganizational skills and experience in lodge administrationAdvantageous:Experience with PANHospitality reservation systems.Benefits:Salary: R11,000 – R13,000 per month (R17,500 – R20,000 for Assistant Manager level)10% commission on spa treatmentsLive-in accommodation with a one-bedroom house (no pets/dependents)Meals, uniform, and other lodge amenities providedAnnual leave, medical aid, provident fund, and UIF contributions after 6 monthsExperience Required: Between 1 - 3 Years
