We are a large and vibrant restaurant located in the South of Johannesburg. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the dining experience is seamless. Manage bar stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure proper ordering of supplies. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality products. Train and mentor staff on customer service, restaurant policies, and health & safety standards. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen, and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and large group bookings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a front-of-house management role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in managing bar stock and liaising with suppliers. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems on the go.
